Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, executive recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or another high-visibility client-facing role.
• Experience supporting executive-level recruiting and delivering a high-touch candidate experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex scheduling, logistics, and competing priorities with discretion and accuracy.
• Strong executive presence, polished communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onsite interview experience, including candidate arrivals, departures, and building tours, interview scheduling and panel coordination, room prep, and materials.
• Coordinate executive and senior leadership searches, ensuring a white-glove experience from interview through onboarding.
• Manage complex scheduling for executives, candidates, and key stakeholders; coordinate travel, lodging, transportation, and itineraries.
• Serve as primary point of contact for executive candidates with proactive communication and support.
• Support new hire orientation, background checks, offer generation, relocation coordination, and I-9 verification activities.
