Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition coordination or executive recruiting coordination.
• Experience delivering a high-touch candidate experience and working with executives.
• Strong scheduling and logistics management with discretion and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite interview experience, arrivals, departures, and building tours.
• Interview scheduling and panel coordination, room preparation and materials.
• Coordinate executive and senior leadership searches with white-glove service from interview to onboarding.
• Coordinate executive candidate travel, lodging, transportation, and interview itineraries.
• Support onboarding, background checks, offer generation, relocation coordination, and I-9 verification.
