Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with a track record in technical or industrial roles.
• Ability to work 100% on-site in our office building.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety, regulatory, or compliance standards relevant to pipeline operations.
• Experience with MS Office and SharePoint products.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive recruitment strategies for technical and operational needs.
• Plan and execute targeted sourcing campaigns using modern techniques.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify skill gaps and needs.
• Maintain candidate databases and pipelines using Taleo; build diverse relationships.
• Ensure practices comply with policies and labor laws; analyze data to drive improvements.
• Act as employer brand ambassador at events and networks to attract top talent.
