Job summary

Atlas Energy Solutions Inc. in Austin, TX, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to source and place talent across Power and Operations, with emphasis on technical, skilled trades, field, and professional roles.

You will build pipelines, partner with hiring leaders, and craft strategies for hard-to-fill roles in a fast-moving environment. You’ll own end-to-end recruiting and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within energy, oil & gas, power generation, manufacturing, industrial, construction, engineering, or a similar technical environment.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/search skills.
• Experience recruiting technical, skilled trades, operations, engineering, or other difficult-to-fill roles.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, industry networks, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Build talent pipelines for technical, skilled trades, field operations, and professional roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand the business, technical requirements, and talent market.
• Develop sourcing strategies for difficult or niche searches rather than relying solely on inbound applicants.
