Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in human resources, business, or related area or equivalent recruiting experience.
• A minimum of three years managing full life cycle recruitment in a corporate or complex environment.
• Experience handling 25–35 requisitions in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities.
• Hands-on use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed for sourcing and pre-screening.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment law, EEOC, OFCCP, and compliant hiring practices.
