Sportech, based in Elk River, MN, seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring strategy and execution across the organization. This role will manage projects, partner with hiring managers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requires 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting, manufacturing HR experience, and strong relationship-building. The position offers competitive benefits and growth within a values-driven company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• HR experience in fast-paced manufacturing setting preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building across levels of the organization.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using social media and internet sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and mentors team members and ensures policy adherence.
• Fosters a culture aligned with company values and community focus.
• Develops and executes talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Maintains relationships with hiring managers to create credible processes.
• Tracks recruitment metrics and shares insights with stakeholders.
• Oversees recruitment processes including onboarding and post-placement follow-up.
• Manages contingent staffing needs and reporting for compliance.
• Educates interviewers on processes and updates job descriptions as needed.
• Sources passive and active candidates through multiple channels.
• Determines candidate qualifications and leads interview debriefs.
• Negotiates offers and coordinates background checks.
• Ensures an exceptional candidate experience throughout hiring.
• Manages internship program and school/university partnerships.
