Job summary

You will drive full-cycle recruiting, set standards for excellence, optimize ATS/CRM, and apply data-driven methods and AI to improve sourcing and candidate experience, while ensuring compliance and an inclusive process.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience building or transforming TA functions (scaling a TA function, implementing new operating models).
• Proven experience leading Corporate, Executive, and Field/Operations recruiting in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Personally own and execute full cycle recruitment for roles across the organization.
• Define and drive recruiting strategy across the organization.
• Build recruiting infrastructure, performance metrics, and reporting.
• Lead employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance and an inclusive candidate experience.
