Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Experience building or scaling an in-house recruiting function and implementing recruiting processes.
• Strong sourcing skills and success engaging passive candidates.
• Experience using AI tools and automation to improve recruiting efficiency.
• Previous experience mentoring or managing recruiters.
• All candidates must be New England, East Coast based.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across the organization, from sourcing through offer negotiation.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to define hiring needs, compensation, and candidate requirements.
• Identify and engage top passive talent through targeted sourcing and market mapping.
• Build and implement recruiting processes, including ATS, interview frameworks, and evaluation scorecards.
• Track recruiting metrics, improve hiring efficiency, and report results to leadership.
• Manage agency relationships while expanding internal sourcing and referral strategies.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline recruiting workflows.
• Mentor recruiters and build a high-performing talent acquisition team as the company scales.
