Job summary

Scorpion is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own full-cycle recruiting across the organization. You will develop sourcing strategies, build relationships with hiring managers, and lead searches from kickoff through hire.

You'll also drive proactive talent sourcing at industry events and partnerships, shaping how we recruit, improve processes, and maintain fair, consistent hiring practices while delivering a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define candidate profiles.
• Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies beyond inbound applicants.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from kickoff through hire.
