Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with Operations and HR leadership, shaping proactive talent strategies and pipelines across complex distribution and logistics environments.

You will source, engage, and move critical searches forward, leveraging market insights to influence decisions. Experience in ops recruiting and familiarity with Workday Recruiting are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in HR – Recruiting focus.
• Advanced PC skills including MS Office and presentation software.
• PHR Certification preferred.
• Experience with social media recruiting and HRIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner strategically with Operations and HR leaders to translate business needs into talent strategies.
• Build proactive pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill Operations and leadership roles.
• Bring market insights and recruiting data to influence hiring decisions.
• Think creatively through partnerships, events, referrals, and new approaches to talent outreach.
• Elevate the hiring experience through strong intake, candidate engagement, and hiring manager partnership.
