Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking an Operations Training Manager to lead SOP development for a 1 million square foot distribution facility and to train and coach Operations associates and supervisors across the organization.

In this hands‑on role, you will review procedures, update/create SOPs, and standardize training and workflows. Collaborate with leadership to drive performance, productivity, and continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related area.
• Proficient with MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong communication, diplomacy and discretion in dealing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete training for all new hires and continual training for Operations associates and supervisors.
• Provide coaching and feedback to associates as necessary.
• Engage in one-on-one reviews to maximize performance.
• Strategize new training methods for specified market/area of operations.
• Partner with Operations to set and progress toward metrics and goals.
• Collect and interpret data to determine training effectiveness.
• Handle beverage alcohol product responsibilities.
