Job summary

TowneBank in Raleigh, NC seeks a Talent Acquisition Officer to lead full-cycle recruiting for North Carolina and South Carolina. You will partner with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in talent acquisition or HR, with high integrity and excellent communication. Occasional travel to events may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge from experience in a human resources environment.
• Minimum five years of progressive talent acquisition or related experience.
• Highest levels of integrity, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent oral and written communication with all levels of staff and applicants.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post openings to external sources and internal career site.
• Review applications and forward qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Interview candidates and assist managers in selecting employees quickly.
• Enter new hires into UltiPro HRIS and coordinate onboarding.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development for new employee orientation.
• Represent as VIP on-boarder for key hires in NC/SC with market leaders and HR.
• Suggest process improvements and contribute to business success.
• Attend career fairs and events to build candidate pools; travel may be required.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State employment regulations.
