In-office role with a focus on leadership hiring, market intelligence, and governance of search practices. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage executive search firms, and advance the organization's talent agenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive recruiting experience, including senior or executive search.
• Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategy, labor market analysis, and workforce planning.
• Advanced knowledge of recruiting processes, risk, and compliance.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive improvements with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior-level, executive, difficult-to-fill searches across teams.
• Translate business needs into search strategies and candidate value propositions.
• Advise senior leaders on talent availability and market conditions.
• Direct market mapping and sourcing strategies for leadership roles.
• Manage confidential relationships with senior and executive candidates.
• Guide executive offers strategies with Compensation and HR.
• Build leadership pipelines and external talent networks.
• Oversee executive search firms and assess their outcomes.
