Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related/business experience.
• At least 5 years of professional recruiting experience.
• Ability to articulate the organization's value proposition, mission, values, and strategic competitive advantages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates full-cycle recruiting processes, sourcing and talent evaluations under limited supervision.
• Conducts talent screenings, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate fit.
• Coordinates job advertising and posting efforts internally, externally, and with third-party recruiting agencies.
• Builds and maintains talent pools and communities through internet mining and database management.
• Supports talent staffing and workforce planning initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
• Provides guidance, coaching, and training to junior teammates within the talent acquisition function.
• Interfaces with leaders and stakeholders to provide industry, market, and peer insights to enhance talent strategy.
• Partners with teammates to hire and retain top talent across units.
• Organizes and participates in employment fairs and campus recruiting events to prospect talent.
• Makes adjustments or recommends improvements to recruitment processes to improve effectiveness.
