You will develop, schedule, facilitate, track, and improve training processes, partnering with leaders and subject matter experts to meet business, regulatory, and customer requirements. The role emphasizes audit readiness, data-driven improvements, and collaboration across Operations, Quality, HR, Safety, and Engineering.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Training, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Aviation Management, Quality, Safety, Engineering Technology, or related field required.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

• Coordinate schedules, track completion and gaps, and report readiness.
• Develop, deliver, and evaluate programs with leaders and subject matter experts.
• Maintain records and report completion, gaps, and compliance status.
• Analyze results, address gaps, and improve compliance and capability.
• Administer the drug program, including communications, scheduling, records, vendors, delivery, and issue escalation.
• Administer safety programs, support committees, address audit findings, and maintain compliance documentation.
• Identify risks and gaps, communicate concerns, and support corrective actions.
