Job summary

American Honda Motor Company, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated College Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team for a 1-year Contingent assignment. This onsite role focuses on attracting, engaging, and hiring co-op, internship, and entry-level talent across the organization.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, build relationships with universities, and develop talent pipelines while partnering with hiring managers to meet workforce needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably college/university/co-op/internship hiring.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for co-op, internship, and entry-level roles across multiple business areas.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring co-op and internship positions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract early-career talent.
• Support university recruiting events, career fairs, and information sessions.
