Composite Factory, a leading aerospace-focused composites manufacturer in Mooresville, NC, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment. You will partner with leadership to build scalable hiring processes, develop a strong talent pipeline, and implement AI-driven sourcing strategies.

The role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition across exempt, non-exempt, and technical roles.
• Experience communicating with Senior Leadership, Stakeholders and Candidates at all levels.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems, preferably ADP.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• US Citizenship or lawful Permanent Resident in compliance with ITAR.

• Partner with talent acquisition, hiring managers, and executives to translate business objectives into scalable recruitment strategies.
• Develop a comprehensive talent pipeline.
• Build and maintain talent maps.
• Utilize creative sourcing channels, including social media.
• Develop and maintain a talent budget.
• Create and leverage AI sourcing tools to accelerate candidate discovery.
• Use recruiting analytics to assess effectiveness and improve strategies.
• Manage Talent Acquisition Specialist pipeline for effectiveness and mentorship.
• Act as branding ambassador to develop the company brand within the community.
