Job summary

Composite Factory in Mooresville, NC, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for a growing organization. You will partner with leadership to design scalable strategies, build a strong candidate funnel, and implement modern sourcing and branding practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience across exempt, non-exempt, and technical roles.
  • Ability to communicate with Senior Leadership, stakeholders, and candidates at all levels.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and HRIS (ADP preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and candidates.
  • Self-starter who can handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to succeed in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • U.S. Citizenship or lawful permanent resident status in compliance with ITAR.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with talent acquisition, hiring managers, and executive stakeholders to assimilate insights from all levels of the organization. Translate evolving business objectives into adaptable, scalable recruitment strategies, workflows, and platforms that can support team growth and ensure consistency across future businesses and locations. Own recruitment lifecycles for all open roles.
  • Develop a comprehensive talent pipeline.
  • Build and maintain talent maps.
  • Utilize and develop creative sourcing channels including social media.
  • Develop and maintain a talent budget.
  • Create and leverage AI sourcing tools to accelerate discovery of new candidates.
  • Use recruiting analytics to assess effectiveness of strategies and make improvements based upon data assessed.
  • Manage Talent Acquisition Specialist pipeline for effectiveness and mentorship development.
  • Act as our branding ambassador and develop our brand within the community and region.

Position Overview:

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for our rapidly growing business. This strategic talent role ensures a seamless and compliant experience for candidates, new hires, and employees. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. This role is required to build relationships, repeatable systems within our hiring processes. You will serve as a strategic partner to hiring leaders while utilizing and developing modern AI tools, marketing strategies and scalable sourcing practices to attract the best talent to our company.

Key Responsibilities:

What You Will Bring to the Team:
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong track record of filling roles across exempt, non-exempt, and technical disciplines
  • The ability to communicate effectively with Senior Leadership, Stakeholders and Candidates at all levels
  • Expertise in ATS Platforms and HRIS Systems (ADP preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external candidates.
  • A self-starter who thrives in managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to succeed in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful Permanent Resident in compliance with ITAR regulations.

Hours of Operation:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends, overtime, and holidays as scheduled by leadership.
