Composite Factory in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for multiple disciplines across the growing business. You will partner with hiring managers, leverage AI sourcing tools, and build scalable processes to attract top talent while ensuring a compliant and candidate-friendly experience.

The role demands 5+ years in talent acquisition, strong communication with executives, and proficiency with ATS/HRIS (ADP preferred).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition across exempt, non-exempt, and technical roles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Leadership, Stakeholders and Candidates at all levels.
• Experience with ATS Platforms and HRIS systems (ADP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Partner with talent acquisition, hiring managers, and executives to translate business objectives into scalable recruitment strategies and processes.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive talent pipeline and talent maps.
• Create and leverage AI sourcing channels to accelerate candidate discovery and assess effectiveness with analytics.
• Manage Talent Acquisition Specialist pipeline for effectiveness and mentorship.
• Act as branding ambassador to develop the company’s brand within the community.
