Job summary

The Crisis Prevention Institute Inc is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment excellence. You will partner with hiring managers, translate business needs into clear role requirements, and manage candidate pipelines from sourcing to offer, ensuring CPI’s strategy and customer impact are reflected in every search.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience.
• 3+ years using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• 3+ years sourcing tools and platforms experience.
• Strong sourcing expertise across multiple channels and tools.
• Working knowledge of employment laws in recruiting.
• Knowledge of compensation practices and offer development.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail, urgency, and strong judgment.
• Ability to collaborate and manage multiple priorities.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Proficient with recruitment technology and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and resumes in the ATS.
• Conduct phone screens and skills-based assessments.
• Compare candidate qualifications to role needs and determine next steps.
• Lead post-interview debriefs with interviewers and hiring managers.
• Manage interview documentation and notes in the ATS.
• Initiate background checks and reference verification.
• Partner with hiring managers to keep searches moving and candidates engaged.
• Support offer development with market data and internal equity.
