Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience within recruiting or TA.
• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting across multiple areas.
• Experience with recruiting tech, analytics and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with goals.
• Partner with leaders and HR to anticipate talent requirements and hire proactively.
• Translate workforce trends into actionable recruiting plans.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen pipelines for critical roles.
• Lead recruiting enablement, tools, and process improvements.
• Coach TA team and drive adoption of tech and best practices.
• Manage a portfolio of complex, leadership, or hard-to-fill roles.
• Deliver full-cycle recruitment and build pipelines for future needs.
