Job summary

TP is seeking an Executive Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts in Malad City, Idaho. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring managers to quickly bring qualified candidates on board.

You will build a strong talent pipeline, manage offers, and track metrics to improve the recruiting process, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and representing TP at career events.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate reports in the ATS/HRMS.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Participate in employer branding and recruitment events.
