Job summary

Lakeland Care in Wisconsin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full cycle of recruitment. You will partner with hiring leaders to design market-informed strategies, source proactively, and manage candidate experience from requisition to onboarding.

You will collaborate with Marketing, HR, and Organizational Development to strengthen the employment brand, expand talent outreach, and ensure equitable, data-informed hiring practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in talent acquisition or closely related field.
• Experience with behavioral-based interviews and full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience partnering with leaders on recruitment strategy and hiring decisions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies (Paylocity preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned positions.
• Create and post job postings across internal and external channels.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support selection decisions.
• Extend offers and coordinate pre-employment steps.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and recruitment reporting.
• Develop talent pipelines and partnerships with schools and community organizations.
• Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen employment branding and candidate engagement.
