Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) in Milwaukee is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting for professional services teams. You will partner with hiring leaders to design roles, build effective search strategies, and advance candidates through interviews and offers.

You will develop talent pipelines, using Workday and Eightfold to identify top talent, while delivering data-informed guidance to hiring teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of corporate or staffing firm recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for public accounting or professional services roles preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; a degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Wealth management service line experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting, including intake and role design, sourcing, candidate assessment, interview strategy, debrief facilitation, offer negotiation and close.
• Consult with hiring leaders to translate workforce needs into practical search strategies and timely decision plans.
• Build pipelines and talent communities; use talent insights to advise leaders on market options.
• Own stakeholder communication and maintain momentum across multiple searches and geographies.
• Adopt approved recruiting tools and ensure data integrity in recruiting systems.
