Jabil is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting efforts, focusing on passive candidate sourcing, interview preparation, and strong relationship management. You will collaborate with business leaders to understand talent needs and drive efficient hiring processes.

The role demands excellent written and verbal communication, strong networking, and the ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Heavily networked with knowledge of leading search practices.
• Expert knowledge of sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Recruit passive candidates and move them through the talent acquisition process to hire top-caliber talent.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers by providing company and job context.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through market research and relationship management.
• Contribute ideas and strategies for Asia recruitment to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in special recruiting projects and initiatives.
