Jabil is seeking an experienced Recruiter to drive full lifecycle recruiting across business groups. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, source passive candidates, and lead the interview process end-to-end.

The ideal candidate will network extensively, apply best practices in sourcing, and ensure a positive candidate experience while aligning talent strategy with business goals. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Heavily networked and knowledgeable of leading search practices.
• Expert knowledge in sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Understand how to recruit passive candidates and attract highly qualified candidates.
• Prepare candidates for interviewing with detailed information about the company and roles.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through market research and relationships.
• Participate in recruitment initiatives and best practices in interviewing techniques.
• Manage presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Leverage online recruiting resources to identify and recruit top candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine human capital needs for efficient hiring.
