Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, or a related field.
• Eight+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for executive/senior leadership roles.
• Strong networking and candidate generation skills.
• Proven ability to source nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting for multiple groups across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop pipelines.
• Build passive candidate networks and conduct in-depth interviews.
• Drive process improvements in interviewing and selection.
• Manage offers and negotiations, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
