Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 8+ years in full lifecycle recruiting with 3+ years executive/senior leadership recruiting experience.
• Heavily networked with knowledge of leading search practices.
• Sourcing, qualifying, networking, and due diligence are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit passive candidates and move them through the talent acquisition process.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with detailed company and role information.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research.
