Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. seeks a skilled recruiter support professional to manage requisitions, postings, and candidate screening for nationwide roles. You will guide field and corporate hiring managers on postings, interviews, and offers, maintaining compliant processes.

Responsibilities include building pipelines via ATS and social networks (LinkedIn), conducting initial phone screenings, and delivering a positive candidate experience across all levels from entry to leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of field and corporate recruiting experience at a nationwide level, including exempt, non-exempt, and sales roles.
• 3 years’ experience in sourcing and managing candidates using ATS and building pipelines via social media such as LinkedIn.
• Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume organization.
• Experience partnering with and building relationships at all levels within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, department heads and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and preferences.
• Serve as the SME and primary contact for factory hiring managers to tailor staffing approaches.
• Active and regular sourcing of candidates for assigned requisitions, including all levels from entry level to leadership.
• Identify and recruit qualified candidates including entry-level roles to senior leadership via networking channels and social media (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Build a talent pipeline using ATS and social media methods such as LinkedIn.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews for assigned requisitions; schedule follow-up interviews for hiring managers.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through consistent and regular communication.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on ATS usage, job descriptions, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
• Create, review, approve, and maintain all job requisitions and postings using ATS.
• Promote the organization’s brand and career opportunities to candidates.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
