Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years of field and corporate recruiting experience at nationwide level.
• 3 years of sourcing and candidate management experience using ATS and building pipelines via LinkedIn.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
• Ability to partner with and build relationships at all levels within the organization.
• Hands-on skills with MS Office Suite, Teams, HRIS and ATS.
• Ability to use innovative sourcing methods to attract talent.
• Ability to collaborate with HR on pre-boarding and employee inquiries.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with hiring managers and HR.

Responsibilities

• Provide recruiting support across all levels, including entry-level, field, corporate, and senior leadership roles.
• Guide and train hiring managers on recruiting workflows including job postings, candidate selection, interviewing, and offers.
• Create, review, and approve job requisitions and postings; manage offers using an ATS.
• Ensure recruiting policies are followed and complete regular audits of requisitions.
• Attract, evaluate, and refer candidates using ATS and social media such as LinkedIn.
• Screen resumes and applications and conduct screening interviews for hiring managers.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and stakeholders to understand staffing needs.
• Serve as SME and primary contact for factory hiring managers to tailor recruiting approaches.
• Source candidates actively for assigned requisitions, including roles at all levels.
• Recruit qualified candidates through networking and social media channels like LinkedIn.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate follow-up interviews with hiring managers.
• Guide on ATS usage, job descriptions, compensation details, interview techniques, and candidate experience.
• Promote Tuff Shed values, culture, and career opportunities to candidates.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
