Job summary

Tuff Shed Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring across the organization, from entry-level to senior leadership. You will guide managers on job postings, interviewing, offers, and ATS usage, while building strong candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities include screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining a positive candidate experience; you will also help promote the company brand and culture to attract talent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of nationwide recruiting experience at various levels (entry to leadership).
• 3 years’ experience in sourcing and managing candidates using ATS while building pipelines via social media.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment and partnering with HR across org levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads and stakeholders.
• Serve as SME and primary contact for factory hiring managers to tailor recruiting plans.
• Active sourcing of candidates for all requisitions, from entry level to leadership.
• Identify and recruit across channels, including LinkedIn and other social networks.
• Create, review, approve job postings and offer letters using ATS; maintain candidate experience.
