You will lead full-cycle recruiting, develop sourcing strategies, and guide hiring managers with market insights, fostering a positive candidate experience and strong employment branding.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting, preferably healthcare.
• Experience independently managing multiple searches across varied roles.
• Proven ability to build candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
• Strong consultative skills to advise hiring managers and leaders.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary talent acquisition partner to leaders, managers, and HR.
• Develop hiring strategies and prioritize recruiting for current and planned openings.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical, operational, corporate, and leadership roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies via networks, platforms, referrals, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain pipelines for critical roles and high-volume hiring.
• Advise on job requirements, market conditions, sourcing, interviewing, and selections.
• Ensure a consistent candidate experience from attraction to onboarding.
• Provide regular updates on pipelines, activity, and blockers to stakeholders.
• Improve workflows, tools, templates, and hiring practices with HR leadership.
• Develop recruiting metrics and workforce planning reports for leadership.
