• Strong relationships with hiring managers, executives, and cross-functional leaders.
• Expertise in sourcing techniques, market mapping, and talent ID.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across leadership, sales, operations, and technical roles.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies including direct sourcing and referrals.
• Build and manage robust talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Advise hiring managers on workforce planning and market trends.
• Influence hiring decisions with market intel and candidate assessments.
• Facilitate efficient interview processes and strong selection practices.
• Optimize recruiting workflows, tools, and time-to-fill metrics.
• Create best practices and dashboards to track recruiting performance.
• Elevate candidate experience and promote employer branding.
