Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/Business/Communications.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
• Experience recruiting for leadership and hard-to-fill roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers, executives, and cross-functional leaders.
• Proficient in sourcing techniques, market mapping, and talent ID strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across leadership, sales, operations, corporate, technical and specialized roles.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, networking, referrals and market research.
• Build and manage robust talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Advise hiring managers on workforce planning, market trends, and hiring best practices.
• Collaborate with executives to implement targeted recruiting strategies.
• Improve recruiting workflows and metrics to reduce time-to-fill and improve quality-of-hire.
• Enhance candidate experience and strengthen employer branding.
