Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated ability to drive net new business growth and meet sales targets.
• Exceptional consultative selling skills and the ability to address complex client needs.
• Experience assisting negotiations, handling objections, and crafting tailored proposals.
• MBA is a plus.

• Research and analyze target customer businesses, priorities, and market trends to support Directors.
• Map and track key contacts across customer organizations to bridge internal relationships.
• Coordinate timelines, meeting notes, and task follow-ups to ensure strategy execution.
• Draft, edit, and format tailored account plans and presentation materials for executive meetings.
• Monitor active sales opportunities and flag urgent action items for teams.
• Review contracts and compile background docs for client negotiations.
• Facilitate alignment meetings with solutions engineers, marketing, and sales leadership.
• Develop and maintain internal trackers and dashboards for strategic accounts.
