Job summary

FiberLight, LLC is seeking a Senior Recruiter to shape the organization’s talent strategy and lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions. You will build scalable talent pipelines, partner with leaders, and drive a world-class candidate experience to support rapid growth.

You will develop sourcing strategies across direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and social platforms while leveraging data to inform hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
• Experience recruiting for leadership, professional, and hard-to-fill roles in a high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, executives, and cross-functional leaders.
• Strong expertise in sourcing techniques, market mapping, and talent identification.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across leadership, sales, operations, corporate, technical and specialized roles.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, social platforms, and market research.
• Build and manage robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, executives, and cross-functional leaders on workforce planning, trends, and best practices.
• Collaborate with executives to understand business objectives and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
• Improve recruiting workflows, systems, and dashboards to increase efficiency and quality.
