Job summary

FiberLight LLC is seeking a Procurement Specialist to source, purchase, and manage goods and services that support organizational operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or Operations).
• 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle from sourcing to supplier performance management.
• Research, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain optimal pricing, quality, delivery, and service terms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related procurement documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing activities to meet operational requirements.
• Analyze spending trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, contracts, and regulations.
• Review supplier proposals, bids, and contracts to support informed purchasing decisions.
• Resolve vendor issues related to pricing, quality, delivery, invoicing, and performance.
• Track procurement metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to forecast purchasing needs and budgets.
