Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with strategic advisory to senior leaders.
• Experience in high-growth environments (agency, consulting, tech, or professional services preferred).
• Proven ability to design and scale recruiting processes, systems, and strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Analytical with data-driven recruiting decisions and metrics.
