You will shape growth plans across marketplaces, retail media, and the broader commerce ecosystem, while mentoring teams and driving capabilities, hiring, and best practices.

The role emphasizes executive client presence, strategic leadership, and scalable impact through people and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: 12+ years in commerce, retail media, marketplace strategy, e‑commerce, or related growth roles.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑level teams and manage major client relationships.
• Strong executive communication and ability to translate strategy into action.

Responsibilities

• Design multi‑year commerce growth strategies aligned to client objectives and market realities.
• Drive adoption of Tinuiti product suite, third‑party tech, and AI workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Oversee data‑driven measurement, KPIs, and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Lead collaboration across commerce specialists, client teams, and adjacent channel experts for integrated plans.
• Own strategic plans to drive growth, retention, profitability, and portfolio health across accounts.
