Hinge is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition in New York to lead the TA organization and advise senior leadership. You will own TA strategy, workforce planning, and operating models, ensuring scalable, high-impact hiring.

You will partner with Finance and People to forecast headcount and allocate resources effectively. You’ll define build-vs-buy approaches, govern offers and leveling, and drive market-aligned recruiting standards to attract top talent in a competitive consumer tech

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including enterprise scope.
• 5+ years of people leadership, managing leaders or managers.
• Proven strategic partner to executive leadership.
• Strong workforce planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead TA leaders and surface an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Own capacity planning, headcount forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Set standards, accountability, and leadership norms across TA.
• Coach, develop leaders, and plan for succession and health.
• Shape enterprise TA strategy with executives and align with business goals.
• Balance speed, quality, and cost in long-term hiring plans.
