Job summary

RHA Health Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Director to design, build, and lead a high-performing recruitment function that supports rapid growth across IDD and behavioral health services. The role will shape strategy, campaigns, and processes while aligning with organizational goals and market needs.

The director will oversee Workday ATS, drive a scalable recruiting model, mentor a team, and partner with leadership to ensure inclusive hiring practices across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency with Workday ATS and other recruitment technologies.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics.
• Commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and growth objectives.
• Build and scale recruitment processes, policies, and metrics to support rapid expansion across multiple states and service lines.
• Oversee Workday ATS workflows to develop efficient processes and a seamless candidate experience.
• Lead and develop the talent acquisition team, setting goals and KPIs for high performance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to promote inclusive hiring practices and diverse candidate pools.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement across the function.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and company policies.
