You will partner with executive leadership and oversee a growing team to implement best practices, standards, and metrics that support rapid organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing recruiting teams in a high-growth environment.

• Experience in healthcare, healthcare services, infusion, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries preferred.

Our client, a rapidly growing national healthcare services organization, is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale its recruiting function. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership while leading recruiting efforts across sales, clinical, corporate, and operational functions nationwide. The role will oversee a growing recruiting team, implement talent acquisition best practices, and establish the processes and metrics needed to support continued organizational growth.

The salary for this role is $135K-$145K. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, required.
• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including recruiting leadership responsibilities, required.
• Experience managing and developing recruiting teams within a high-growth environment, required.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives, required.
• Experience within healthcare, healthcare services, infusion, pharmaceutical, clinical services, or other regulated industries, preferred.
