Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Leader of culture and candidate experience.
• Experience leading teams in a high-volume, dynamic talent acquisition environment.
• Experience leading and managing complex projects while balancing daily talent acquisition delivering operational excellence.
• Ensure delivery of a diverse and robust pipeline of talent in the technology industry.
• Experience with organizational change and project/program development.
• Ability to work in the Dallas office as this is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Advise on talent strategies, plans and practices to support and achieve the hiring demands of the organization.
• Leverage key talent pools to develop pipelines of diverse and high-performing candidates.
• Support the talent acquisition branding strategy to effectively attract top talent by building awareness and promoting recruiting efforts through social media channels.
• Lead the enhancement of strategic hiring by utilizing operational best practices for recruitment; by delivering creative and innovative solutions to evolve systems and processes to drive efficiency.
• Track, measure and report efficiency and productivity results; leverage data analytics, insights, and economic trends.
• Focus on strategic execution for talent brand, talent retention, talent acquisition, and talent growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, educational institutions, and other potential talent sources.
