Job summary

BDO USA, P.A. is seeking a People & Culture Recruiting Manager, Experienced to guide the full lifecycle of talent acquisition in the Dallas area.

You will partner with senior management to source, screen, and present top candidates for key roles across our offices and practices. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in recruiting within professional services, strong communication, and experience with ATS tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, focus in human resources preferred.
• 5+ years recruiting experience in professional services or similar.
• Experience with ATS (Oracle, Kenexa) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to understand skills and identify qualified candidates.
• Screen, evaluate, and present candidates for interviews.
• Source via networks, online resources, and agencies.
• Guide senior management through the talent acquisition lifecycle.
• Build relationships with external contacts and candidates.
