Rexel USA in Dallas, TX is seeking a Supervisor Talent Acquisition to lead the Recruiter and TA Specialist teams, shaping recruitment strategy for assigned client groups.

The role partners with HR and business leaders on workforce planning, streamlines processes, and drives performance against KPIs. You\'ll guide sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes while ensuring compliance and an exceptional stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Direct people leadership experience.
• Experience with ATS, preferably SmartRecruiters.
• Recruitment compliance knowledge.
• Experience in fast-paced HR environments.
• High School or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies.
• Support full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers.
• Allocate resources based on urgency and team capacity.
• Establish performance expectations and monitor KPIs.
• Use data to identify trends and optimize resources.
• Escalate and resolve complex recruiting issues.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and privacy.
• Lead TA projects and system changes.
• Promote collaborative, high-performing TA culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
