Axxess is seeking a Talent Acquisition Director to provide leadership as we grow our teams with the best and brightest talent. You will strategically partner, plan, lead and execute on talent acquisition strategies to align with the business goals.

This role requires aligning recruitment efforts with Axxess's growth and values, driving a diverse pipeline and advanced sourcing strategies. You will advise on talent strategies, brand development, and data-driven hiring practices, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Leader of culture and candidate experience.
• Experience leading teams in a high-volume, dynamic talent acquisition environment.
• Experience leading and managing complex projects while balancing daily talent acquisition delivering operational excellence in talent acquisition.
• Ensure delivery of a diverse and robust pipeline of talent in the technology industry.
• Experience with organizational change and project/program development.
• Ability to work in the Dallas office as this is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Advise on talent strategies, plans and practices to support and achieve the hiring demands of the organization. Leverage key talent pools to develop pipelines of diverse and high-performing candidates.
• Support the talent acquisition branding strategy to effectively attract top talent by building awareness and promoting recruiting efforts through social media channels.
• Lead the enhancement of strategic hiring by utilizing operational best practices for recruitment; by delivering creative and innovative solutions to evolve systems and processes to drive efficiency.
• Track, measure and report efficiency and productivity results; leverage data analytics, insights, and economic trends.
• Focus on strategic execution for talent brand, talent retention, talent acquisition, and talent growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, educational institutions, and other potential talent sources.
