Zusammenfassung

Ally Financial is seeking a senior leader to guide Talent Acquisition across the Bank and Enterprise Functions. Based in Charlotte on a hybrid schedule, you will build and drive recruiting strategies, partner with senior leaders, and lead a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You will influence talent strategy, leverage market intelligence, and shape priorities across the function. Strong business acumen and executive presence are essential for success in this high-impact role.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 5 years leading recruiting teams.
• Experience leading Talent Acquisition within a bank, financial services organization, fintech, or other complex, highly regulated environment preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on executive recruiting or executive search experience preferred, including leading confidential senior-leadership searches.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• SPHR recommended.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.

• Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition managers and recruiters supporting more than 1,000 hires annually across Ally's Bank and Enterprise Functions businesses.
• Build and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities and future capability needs.
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders on market trends and hiring strategies.
• Oversee recruiting delivery, performance, and service quality across client groups.
• Lead confidential executive searches within assigned business areas and coach recruiters on strategy.
• Use recruiting analytics and market insights to influence decisions and improve outcomes.
• Drive governance, capacity planning, and process discipline across TA.
• Champion continuous improvement across TA processes and tools.
