This role connects Marketing and Consumer Banking leadership, driving alignment, executive storytelling, and strategic initiatives across business, analytics, technology, product, and design.

The ideal candidate brings strong marketing knowledge, analytical rigor, and outstanding communication to influence senior leaders and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications, or related field.
• Min 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, financial services, consumer banking, investing, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success building partnerships with senior business leaders and executive stakeholders.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align Marketing and Consumer Banking leadership on priorities and initiatives.
• Own executive-level narratives, scorecards, and communications to executives.
• Translate business needs into briefs, initiatives, and marketing communications across functions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to enable collaboration, prioritization, and delivery.
• Drive clarity, accountability, and business outcomes through data-driven insights.
