Job summary

Ally Financial is hiring a Recruiter for a hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC or Detroit, MI. You will partner with HR and Hiring Managers to design strategic recruiting plans and source top talent for advanced and leadership roles.

You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and background checks, while building diverse candidate slates and pipelines. A proven track record in technical recruiting and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR or related field.
• PHR recommended.
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to navigate within teams and across lines of business.
• Regularly demonstrates a strong work ethic and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to identify needs and workforce planning.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle in the applicant tracking system.
• Source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, extend offers and coordinate background checks.
• Develop passive candidate pipelines aligned to business objectives.
• Utilize networking, social media, and professional organizations to source top talent.
• Lead process improvement initiatives related to Talent Acquisition.
