- Experience leading Talent Acquisition within banking/financial services.
- Strong ability to partner with senior leaders and HR partners.
- Proven track record in executive recruitment and talent mapping.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Talent Acquisition managers and recruiters for 1,000+ hires annually.
- Build and execute TA strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Advise senior leaders on market trends, hiring strategies, and talent needs.
- Oversee recruiting delivery, performance, and candidate experiences.
- Lead confidential executive searches and coach recruiters on strategy.
